Woman with the Issue of Blood

This monologue is written in the voice of the nameless woman in the New Testament who was healed by touching Jesus' garment. 

Old Mammy

This monologue was written for Soul Rep Theatre Company's original production, THE FREEDMANS, that celebrates the spirits of those who founded one of Dallas' first Black freedman's communities in the 19th Century. This particular monologue features the spirit of a former enslaved African known as "Old Mammy."
